That’s why we chose Matt Robinson, the EcoBoost expert and owner of Gear Head Tuning, to build us the safest and most capable set and forget Raptor tunes available.
Expanding on the OEM ability to compensate for 87-93 octane, this tune will unlock the highest potential by auto adapting the boost and timing to optimize power delivery. Utilizing numerous data points related to fuel quality, this tune will add power when it’s safe and reduce power when it's not, all in real time with zero driver input.
This package comes with the proper colder range spark plugs that have been pre-gapped to ensure optimal spark on each cylinder. We have found these plugs, provide a smoother, idle quicker throttle response, and are less susceptible to being blown out by the higher boost the tune provides.

Our Shop truck is making 452whp and 556lbft of torque with this tune, intake, and intercooler on 91 octane at 3900ft above sea level. Expect gains of 70-100whp and over 100lbft of torque depending on mods/fuel/conditions.
